Oman Aviation Group
Established in February 2018, we help catalyze an expanding, diversified national economy, in line with the general national program for economic diversification (Tanfeedh). Working meticulously with our core business units Oman Air, Oman Airports, and Transom Services, we partner with tourism and logistics businesses around the country to enable holistic development of the Sultanate’s tourism and transport industries.
We believe it’s not just about what we do, but how we do it that achieves outstanding results. To realize the country’s potential and be the drivers of change, we are uncompromising and proactive in everything we do.
Our Vision: Building a world-renowned national aviation ecosystem for a thriving Oman
Guiding this vision is our National Aviation Strategy, a strategic framework of projects and policies for the future of aviation in Oman. Developed with the intent to align our sector, the Strategy aims to build cohesion among stakeholders linked closely to the aviation sector, namely tourism and logistics. To help address “gaps” in the sector and promote growth, the National Aviation Strategy will, among others:
Develop and implement effective sector policies
Increase opportunities for private sector participation
Enable fair competition and create job opportunities
Enhance the quality of air travel services
Efficiently use infrastructure and resources
